Production Time

Production typically takes 6–8 weeks.

During peak seasons, this may extend up to 12 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, we will assist with any defects or production errors.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Sizing & Fit

Garments are produced based on provided measurements or agreed sizing guidelines.

Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted process.

Orders are shipped from Japan via EMS or DHL with tracking provided.
