A: We accept payments via PayPal, Western Union, and Stripe, supporting credit cards and smartphone payments.

A: Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, priority for design consultations and measurements will be given to reserved guests. We strongly recommend booking in advance for a seamless experience.

A: Including rare textiles and bespoke design, prices start from 20,000 THB. The final cost varies depending on the rarity of the fabric selected.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to the nature of semi-bespoke production, cancellations are only accepted within 3 days of your order. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable as the cutting and design process begins.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: We require a 50% deposit at the time of your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion, and your piece will be shipped once the final payment is confirmed.
Q: How will I be notified of the shipment?
A: Once tailoring is complete, we will notify your designated contact with the shipment confirmation, carrier details, and tracking number.
Q: How do I care for my garment?
A: Our garments are made from rare pure silk. To preserve the quality, please avoid home washing and consult a professional silk dry cleaner.
Q: Do you offer alterations after delivery?
A: While we tailor each piece based on our signature Master Pattern, we accept alteration requests within 14 days of delivery. Costs for shipping and labor will apply.
